Bob Pacheco
Bob Pacheco, is the Senior Partner in the Law Offices of Pacheco & Pacheco. A seasoned and experienced trial lawyer handling hundreds of cases in both court and jury trials. He is a former California legislator who participated in drafting and reviewing legislation while serving as Vice Chair of the California Assembly Judiciary Committee. He also served on the Cal-OSHA Appeals Board for over 5 years hearing hundreds of appeals and participated in writing numerous Decisions After Reconsideration for the Board.
A successful trial attorney with over 35 years of civil trial experience, Bob has represented clients in Corporate, Civil-Fraud, Real Estate, Probate and Family Law cases and all types of Business Litigation.
Bob is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts and in all Civil Courts in the state of California. He is bi-lingual and fluent in the English/Spanish Language.
Gayle E. Pacheco
Gayle is a partner in the Law Offices of Pacheco & Pacheco. Her area of practice focuses on Wills & Trusts, Estate Planning, Corporations, Family Law, Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy, Juvenile Criminal, Drug Violations and Business Transactions. Additionally, Gayle offers legal counseling services to at risk youth and juvenile offenders. She works with a variety of local organizations to mentor transitional age youth, foster youth and other at-risk populations who are seeking vocational training, career path development and other services.
Gayle has served as a guest Supreme Court Justice for Western State University College of Law Frank N. Darras Disability Law Moot Court Competition. She has been a member in good standing of the California State Bar Association since 1993.
She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives. She is also a member of the Industry Manufacturers Council, National Association of Women Business Owners and is the founder of the 4 Corners Chapter of the CWLA, California Women’s Leadership Association, and is the current chapter President.
Gayle was recently honored by the California Legislature as Woman of the Year for the 60th Assembly District.
